If you want to book your white water rafting adventure, here are some top tips to help you make the most of your experience.
1. Don’t bring new shoes
White water rafting will mean you will get wet, drenched at times even. With this in mind, we recommend that you wear old trainers or walking boots. These will be the most comfortable should be shoes that you really don’t mind getting wet. Take a spare pair of shoes to go home in too, so that you are entirely comfortable after your adventure.
2. Waterproof cameras only
Many people want to take photos or videos of their adventure. Clip on activity cameras are great for white water rafting, but you must make sure they are completely secure and entirely waterproof. Do not underestimate the power of the water being able to take your camera or infiltrate parts. Unless it is designed for these activities, do not take any chances.
3. Have fun
Your guides on the River Findhorn will make sure you are fully equipped with safety features such as a helmet and buoyancy aid, make sure you are ready to have fun and not worry.

Booked a 'stag do' through Karen at Activity Scotland. The location itself at Boreland was fantastic. Karen’s organisation was first class and all communication was prompt and accurate. I wouldn’t hesitate to book activities again via Activity Scotland- thanks Karen.
4 of us went canyoning today as a birthday celebration. It was fantastic! Highly recommend it! If all guides are as good as Andy then you're doing something right. Ally was amazing. Super friendly, funny and really knowledgeable. Made our morning. We're already planning our next outdoor adventure
