What better way to spend your afternoon - extreme gorge walking, sliding, jumping and scrambling your way down a mountainous river or ravine.

Canyoning will definitely cover all of the above. Why not come along a join a session that are run throughout the year. The instructors that work with our providers will be on hand to guide you and your group safely down the gorge, and to reassure every step of the way. All safety equipment and instruction will be provided.

There are numerous trips to choose from.  We have intro sessions that involve scrambling sliding, swimming and jumping into pools, all the way up to waterfall abseils and 30 foot cliff jumps - something to suit everyone!

Canyoning and Gorge walking Equipment supplied:

  • All Canyoning and Gorge walking equipment, clothing  (including wetsuit, spray jacket, helmet and a buoyancy aid)
  • Some of the Canyon trips that include the waterfall abseils will include Canyon harness, Neoprene Socks, Footwear and pictures of your trip.

Client Information:

  • Swimsuit / Shorts & t-shirt to wear under wet suit (as you will get wet!) and towel necessary.  Old trainers required for the Gorge walking + Canyoning sessions.
  • We do not recommend valuables be brought along (i.e passports, travellers cheques, jewellery etc)
  • No responsibility is taken for clients' belongings.
  • Minimum age is 8 years* / 12yrs 
    *(suitable in summer months)

Canyoning and Gorge walking Cancellation Policy:

  • Trips may be cancelled due to weather or river conditions (in this unlikely event, the activity will be re scheduled or can be substituted for another activity)
  • Full amount to be paid at time of booking.

We have access to a number canyons through many providers all over Scotland, the site will be determined on the day as this can be affected by water levels.

Canyoning + Abseil at Bruar
Want a little bit more?   Why not book on to the half day Falls of Bruar Canyon and Abseil session.  You will be fully kitted in neoprene right down to your socks and shoes!  With your harness on at the ready, you are all set for the abseil down the waterfall, cliff jumping from 2 metres to 10 metres, vertical flumes and rock slides.   Ultimate Bruar Experience.

Canyoning at Bruar
A short distance from Blair Atholl, the Falls of Bruar has to be one of the most picturesque walks in the local area. Now you have the chance to go Canyoning there, travelling down the falls either swimming, scrambling, jumping or sliding. This Canyon comprises of a few jumps followed by a beautiful journey down through the gorge. To start, there is a lovely walk through the woods overlooking the Canyon. Once our entry point has been reached we start off with a jump to get us into the revine, from here we will make our way down through the gorge using assisted lowers, jumps, natural slides and gravity. Our guides will be with you every step of the way providing you with the appropriate technique/skills to get you through the canyon safely.

Canyoning at Kenmore, Loch Tay
Why not join one of the sessions, ran daily at Kenmore -
Allt a’Bhealaich, near Kenmore which offers a superb introduction to this activity.
During the descent participants enjoy a variety of features on the gorge, all under the supervision of our experienced canyoning guides.   The canyoning adventure begins with jumps from rock ledges into natural plunge pools in the narrow gorge and continues down scrambling and sliding on natural water flumes. Rope lowers over the waterfall are another highlight of the activity.
Most will want to participate in all parts of the descent, but if anything doesn’t appeal to any individual they can follow the path, which runs all the way alongside the gorge, then rejoin the group.

Canyoning at Devils Pulpit, Glasgow
Easily accessible from Central Glasgow and transfers available for groups up to 8.  Devils Pulpit is the perfect way to spend an afternoon cooling off slipping, sliding your way down this gorge.  Suitable for all levels, all safety equipment and instruction provided.  Changing facilities onsite.

Canyoning at Trinafour
This site can be ran as a Cliff Jumping site or Canyoning/Gorge Walking site, or both! This is a fun filled nice open canyon to travel down. You will make your way down, swimming, scrambling and floating enjoying the scenery all the way. The natural rock flumes and the giant slide we set up is sure to keep you entertained along the way before reaching the bottom of the canyon where the cliff jumping takes place.

Canyoning/Cliff Jumping at Killiecrankie
Located on the River Garry, at the northern end of the Pass of Killiecrankie, will you dare make the Soldier’s Leap? This site is primarily used for cliff jumping. Your canyon session here will be based around the same area in a calm section of the river. There are different types of jumps all around the gorge ranging from 5-10ft making your way up to the top jump at just under 40ft! Will you make it to the top jump or will your nerves get the better of you?
