Clay pigeon shooting, also known as skeet shooting or trap shooting, is a popular sport and recreational activity that involves shooting at clay targets launched into the air.
Participants use shotguns to aim at the targets, which are typically made of a mixture of clay and other materials.
You can enjoy as an individual activity or as part of a group at one of the ranges we work with in Scotland.

You will requires focus, accuracy, and quick reaction times, making it an exciting and challenging experience. Safety is of utmost importance, with strict regulations and guidelines in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.   Your experienced instructors are on hand for one to one tuition.

Come and enjoy yourself at some of the the biggest sporting clay ranges in Scotland. The Dunkeld base boasts the highest shooting tower in the country and has more than 50 targets to choose from; we also have facilities at Stirling, Kirkcaldy  & Dundee - contact us about your requirements.

The instructors are on hand throughout your session to guide and assist you to ensure you hit the target. All skill levels are welcome and available 7 days a week.

Clay Pigeon Shooting Duration:

  • 30 minutes – 2 hours depending on group size
  • Large groups can be split into 2 or 3 groups at different targets

  • Monday – Saturday and Sunday afternoons

Clay Pigeon Shooting Client Information:

  • Wear old clothes – these will possibly get wet/muddy
  • Comfy shoes – leave the high heels at home!
  • Belongings can be left in car and keys stored in office
  • No responsibility is taken for clients belongings.
  • Minimum age 12yrs+

Clay Pigeon Shooting Cost:

  • from £60 per person for 25 shot experience
  • from £75 per person for 32 shot experience
    (venue dependant)

Clay Pigeon Shooting Cancellation:

  • Clay Pigeon Shooting is available 7 days a week (Apart from Sunday mornings) and will run in most weather – dress accordingly.
  • Clays must be pre booked, there is no guarantee that there will be spaces on the day if you just turn up to one of the sites. 
  • In the event of the Clays being cancelled, another activity would be offered as a substitute on the day.
  • Date of booking to 14 days prior to date of activity taking place – client will lose their non-refundable deposit. Within the 14 days of the activity taking place – the client will be charged full amount.
