We have teamed up with Phoenix Falconry - a superb Falconry School based in the grounds of Braco Castle Estate in rural Perthshire - to provide various falconry activities to the general public as well carrying out numerous corporate static or flying displays for many prestigious clients.
For us, having the best birds available to make your day truly memorable is our chief goal. Phoenix’s head falconer, Adrian Halgarth, is an internationally respected falconer and author of falconry books with over 30 years experience. Phoenix’s impressive and immaculate collection of over 80 different hawks, falcons, owls and eagles from all around the world have been painstakingly trained to accept you into their lives and share the joy of handling and flying them in the unspoilt countryside here in the Scottish highlands.
We can cater for all types of events
Phoenix’s displays can be both outdoor or indoor, here at the hotel, for all sorts of functions such as weddings or corporate events. Displays are both informative and entertaining. We also encourage an interactive element with the audience.
